Heart Mini 43 Cincinnati

I’m carrying the torch!

Over the years I have seen results from the research and education headed up by the American Heart Association. The power we have together far outweighs what I can do alone.

I am gathering a team again this year to walk in Cincinnati’s Heart Mini 5K Walk on March 22,2020. Won’t you consider Joining me in supporting the American Heart Association? Please help me reach my goal of $150 by donating today – any amount helps.  Or join my team and walk with me.

Your support would mean a lot to me!

Together we can live healthier!

I have a connection to the fight against heart disease and stroke because it has greatly affected my family and the lives of so many patients I’ve cared for over the past 25 years. My participation promotes fun ways to be physically active and make healthier choices every day.

I’m not just walking, – I’m RUNNING toward a world free from the debilitating effects of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. It remains our nation’s number one killer and yet is largely preventable and treatable through lifestyle changes.

I participate for people just like you and me who want to help make our communities healthier, more active places.  I participate for those who think they “aren’t the type” of person who has a heart attack.

Thank you for helping change the future and make a positive impact in the lives of all those who are affected by heart disease and stroke! Results are happening from the Moment You Give.

The moment you contribute to the Heart Mini and Heart Walk, you are contributing to, witnessing, and progressing lifesaving science.

It Takes A City!
