Over and over studies have shown oats can help lower cholesterol levels. Cholesterol levels are good health indicators. If you “got oats” in your pantry why not take some time today to make up a batch that you can eat throughout the week. Oats make a great breakfast, lunch or snack. They are inexpensive. Plain oats don’t have a lot of flavor, so you can easily top them the way you like them with whatever flavor you enjoy.
