Breakfast Doesn’t Have to Be Complicated with Banana Split Oatmeal

When you acknowledge that you are affecting your health by what you eat and do then you are in charge of your health. What better way to give your health a boost than with oatmeal? This Banana Split Oatmeal is fun and easy.

All you need to do is prepare your oatmeal according to the package directions, then layer on some pineapple, strawberries, and banana. I skipped the chocolate, but you could sprinkle on some non-dairy chips to have ALL the flavors of a banana split.

For the fruit I often use frozen. I either put some in the refrigerator the night before or zap it for a few seconds in the microwave. This would also be good sprinkled with hemphearts or flaxseed.

To give your breakfasts a healthy makeover you only need 3-5 go to recipes and put them in rotation to start your day off with clean fuel for a strong body. This banana split oatmeal is ONE.
