Start the Day with an Orange Date Smoothie

Freeze two bananas the night before (or at least 2 hours ahead of time)

When the bananas are frozen, in a high speed blender place:

1 cup of plant milk

1 & 1/2 cup water

2 frozen bananas (broken in pieces)

1 & 1/2 to 2 chopped oranges

1/4 cup oats

1 Tablespoon chia seeds

3 pitted dates

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 to 2 teaspoons of orange zest

Puree all ingredients until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
